ANALİTİK MEKATRONİK is being prepared to bring electrical schematics and panels, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, motor and drive selection, and PLC / automation design together. The program is at the prototype stage: its first parts are being written and tested; there is no trial version yet.

Four areas, one machine
The program is being designed to cover these four areas. What goes into the first version of each will be decided while the trial version is being prepared; what is written here is the aim, not a working feature.
- Electrical schematics Schematics of the machine's power and control circuits.
- Panel Panel layout and the panel's bill of materials.
- Circuit diagrams Diagrams of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
- Component list List of cylinders, valves and fittings.
- Calculation Required torque and power from the load, speed and motion cycle.
- Selection Help in choosing the motor, gearbox and drive.
- I/O list PLC input / output list from sensors and actuators.
- Program skeleton A starting skeleton for the PLC program.
Why four areas together?
In a machine, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics, motors and the PLC depend on each other: add one cylinder and the valve, the sensor, the PLC input and the panel components change too.
One machine, one project
Keep the information of all four areas in the same project, so less of it has to be carried by hand between separate files and lists.
Turkish
Menus, messages, lists and outputs will be in Turkish, like the other programs of the Analitik family.

The aim is for it to work with ANALİTİK ASİSTAN, KONSTRÜKTÖR and YÖNETİM; how is being decided during development.

Would you like to be notified?
The program will be announced on this site when it is ready. If you tell us which electrical, pneumatic, drive or PLC work takes the most time on your machines, it will be taken into account while the scope is decided. You may write in English or Turkish.

Is the program in English?
The program is being designed in Turkish, like the other Analitik programs: menus, messages, lists and outputs. This English page is for information.
Will it replace the well-known electrical and automation programs?
The aim is not to compete with them; they carry years of experience. ANALİTİK MEKATRONİK is being designed so that a machine builder can do day-to-day electrical, pneumatic, drive and PLC work simply and in Turkish.
Which areas will the first version include?
The scope is all four areas; what goes into the first version from each will be decided while the trial version is being prepared and written on this site.
Will it work with the other Analitik programs?
That is the aim: working together with ANALİTİK ASİSTAN, KONSTRÜKTÖR and YÖNETİM. Which information is exchanged, and how, is being decided during development; what is ready will be written here.
